9:15 pm  | Check Out Begins
$70 per person, this includes dinner and drink ticket. 

Event includes:

• Reception from 5-7PM 
• Enjoy a free drink ticket per guest
• Try your luck on fun games; Wine & Whiskey Toss, 10X Game & Luck of the Draw Game.
• “Candy Grams from Shiner” – exciting new twist to Steak Fry. Send a candy gram to your AHA student during school.
• Silent Auction – Beautiful baskets donated by the AHA athletic teams & activities. Plenty of additional amazing donated items & baskets to bid on.
• Dessert Auction – Be prepared to get competitive…Eight delicious desserts will be up for bid.
• Premium Auction – Ann Kjorstad’s Caramels, Dan Woods Bean Bag Toss, Famous Foley Pies.
• Live Auction – An exciting trip for 6 to Cortona, Italy, Trip for two Charleston, SC, Premium AHA Parking Spot, Blue & Gold Graduation Party Package & more.
• Fund-A-Need – Continued renovations for the AHA main gym. 

Support Our Gym Renovation Project!

We are excited to announce that this year's Fund-A-Need will go towards the continuation of our main gym renovation project, and we need your help to make it a reality!

Our gym has been a cornerstone of our community, hosting countless events, games, and activities that bring us all together. As we continue to improve our facilities, your generous donations will ensure that we can provide a safe, modern, and welcoming space for everyone.

Here's how your contribution can make a difference:

• Upgraded Equipment: Help us to purchase a new mat on the east wall to protect all of our students whether participating in a gym class or playing a game on the court.
• Enhanced Safety: Your donations will go towards installing new flooring and safety features to prevent injuries.
• Community Programs: Support the development of new programs and activities that promote health and wellness for all.
• Increasing school Spirit and branding: Renovating and updating the entrance to the gym by adding graphics, paint, two screens - one hall of fame screen and one for sports and activities.
• Honoring our distinguished athletes: By adding permanent banners to honor our distinguished athletes. Including updated athletic banners for the south wall -mezzanine area, for all AHA students who have been named Mr. Football, Mr. Soccer, Ms. Soccer, etc...

Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to our goal. Together, we can create a gym that our community can be proud of for years to come.

All Proceeds from this amazing event help support our AHA Sports Teams and Activities here at Academy of Holy Angels.
